EduK is an accredited university with a focus on distance-learning, based out of PR with a large US and Latin-American student base. Due to its immense growth, the company focused on moving to a Cloud infrastructure to provide growth capacity, security and business availability. Venturian performed a detailed assessment of the entire organization, and created a custom design for their immediate and future needs which are being implemented it within Venturian Cloud. Venturian is creating the systems, migrating the data and performing the complete transition. Some of the key components are:

Venturian manages the EduK Cloud systems and moved all enterprise systems to the Venturian’s private cloud.

Major Activities and technologies:

• Complete assessment of all systems, infrastructure, network, security, database and core applications
• Created a comprehensive IT infrastructure design with staged implementation
• Developed a complete cloud migration roadmap and timeline
• Implemented a large Lync 2011 solution for Instant Messaging, Presence, Video and Audio communications and collaboration for internal and external users.
• Developed SharePoint and Project Server 2011 solution for all faculty and students
• Remediation of Active Directory, DNS and GPOs for environment stabilization.
